About Andrew
Andrew Silver has over 15 years of experience in freight brokerage, spending ample time developing relationships with trucking companies, from owner operators to large fleets, and with shippers, including many Fortune 100 companies.
Andrew joined Coyote Logistics in 2006, initially working with trucking companies to fill their capacity. He pivoted into a shipper sales role for a few years before moving to Denver to build out a new office in 2015. After the company was acquired by UPS, Andrew left to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions, founding MoLo Solutions in July 2017. As CEO, Andrew crafted the company vision that propelled the company to unprecedented growth, an award-winning culture, and national recognition from Fortune 100 partners for truckload service and execution. In 2021, he orchestrated the sale of the business to ArcBest.
Andrew is also the host of the industry's most listened to podcast, The Freight Pod, where he interviews executives from the industry to highlight their journeys and the businesses they lead.
Andrew received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year – Midwest award in 2021.

Devrim Leonard is a highly accomplished global supply chain executive with a proven track record of success in leading complex international operations. His career, spanning over two decades, includes significant leadership roles at prominent logistics organizations such as DHL, DB Schenker, Agility, and Ingram Micro. Currently, Devrim holds the position of Global Head of Inventory and Order Management at Google (Platforms and Devices). Prior to this role, he led Global Transportation Operations at Google for six years. Devrim's international experience is exceptionally broad, encompassing living and working in 15 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Mardi Adourian is the Executive Director of Supply Chain at KeHE Distributors, where he leads the inbound transportation operations and carrier strategy. With over 17 years of expertise in the supply chain sector, Mardi Adourian has consistently demonstrated his capability in strong leadership in managing teams, accelerating growth, and steering the business towards success.. A Chicago native, he earned his degree in supply chain from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Known for his strategic insights and results-driven approach, Mardi Adourian continues to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
