Cancellation/Substitution Policies
Cancellations are subject to the entire virtual event sponsorship fee. All sales are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall the Transportation Marketing and Sales Association be obligated to refund all or a portion of the sponsorship fee.

Attendee List Scam Alert!

If you receive inquiries from a third party to purchase our attendee list, please be aware that TMSA does not sell our conference attendee list to outside parties (although sponsors and exhibitors do receive the attendee list prior to the conference as part of their deliverables). In addition, TMSA has no recourse on behalf of anyone who has purchased a list supposedly from TMA through a third party. These inquiries are misleading solicitations to TMSA's sponsors, exhibitors and attendees, which are not authorized by TMSA.
