ELEVATOR PITCH:
The ITS Marketing Team developed and launched a new website. The goal of the new website launch was to create a web presence that aligns with the evolution of our company, and provides better content and functionality for our core audiences. The new site features our culture, people, diverse service mix, asset-smart strategy, tech-forward approach—and our absolute dedication to delivering top-notch service to our customers. We wanted our website to be fast, responsive, and meet the needs of all our audiences.
MEASURABLE RESULTS AND OBJECTIVES ACHIEVEMENT:
The website has multiple features that supports a better overall user experience. The new design features a clean layout that's bold, unique, and easy to navigate. We chose to stand out from our competition by showcasing our people as the heart of ITS.
In implementation, we moved the website to Sanity, a headless CMS. This has sped up the website's load time, which has significantly improved SEO results.
The design is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience through desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
We reorganized the content to cater to customers, carriers, and potential team members - allowing each category quick and efficient access to the information that matters most to them.
Finally, in combination with this effort, we developed 4 new videos for the website, covering our service lines and capabilities.
BLAZING A TRAIL:
The decision to move to a headless CMS to improve site speed and functionality was unique in this project. Sanity, our current CMS, is a fully decoupled, real-time content back end. The workspace was customized to directly meet the needs of our desired content structure. The unique nature of the decoupled back end also decreased our site load time and resource download time.
