Sara Black is a Partner and Co-Founder of Luminaries Consulting, specializing in organizational learning, strategy, and change. Sara spent the majority of her career working for leading organizations such as C.H. Robinson, Land O’Lakes, and Coca-Cola Enterprises and received a facilitation Certification for Situational Leadership® at those respected organizations.  As a believer in the model and program, Sara is now a licensed facilitator with the Center for Leadership Studies and is able to offer this exciting opportunity to clients & TMSA!
